Synergen Renewable Energy is a renewable energy development platform focused on wind and solar projects across the ERCOT territory. We identify, acquire, and advance high-potential assets, including strategically located stranded wind projects, transforming early-stage opportunities into bankable, construction-ready developments.
Our wind projects are typically developed to Construction or Shovel-Ready status and positioned for sale, with select projects taken through construction and into commercial operation where strong offtake opportunities exist. This includes supporting next-generation green energy infrastructure such as Green Hydrogen and Green Ammonia plants developed across the region.
In parallel, we develop and build behind-the-meter solar PV installations to deliver reliable, cost-efficient, and low-carbon power for hydrogen and ammonia production facilities. Through this integrated model, we enable scalable clean energy solutions and long-term value creation.
